How to Share a Post
Distributing regulatory updates to teams via Insights.
Insight-Based Sharing
In SGS Digicomply, individual posts cannot be shared directly with specific users via email or direct messages. Instead, our sharing model is built for team collaboration. Posts are shared by adding them directly into Insights (Collections). Any team member who has been granted access to that specific Insight will instantly be able to view and interact with the post.
Permissions Requirement
To add a post to an Insight, you must have the appropriate access rights (such as an editor or contributor role) for that specific workspace. If you are trying to share a post but do not see the relevant Insight in your dropdown list, please contact your Organization Manager or the creator of that Insight to adjust your permissions.
Locate the Post

Go to My Space > Posts.

Open the post details.

Share via Insights
To share a post with your team, you need to save it into a specific collaborative workspace (Insight) for team analysis.

- Open the post you wish to share.
- Navigate to the 'Share' button.

- Select Add to Insight.

- Choose the relevant Insight (collection) to add the post to. Once added, any team member with access to that Insight will be able to view the shared post.
Other Ways to "Share"
If your goal is not to broadcast the post to a team, but rather to use it in a specific project, you should use the Add or Pin features instead of Insight sharing.

Pin to Dossier: Attaches the post to a regulatory dossier as a reference.
