Distributing regulatory updates to teams via Channels.
Channel-Based Sharing Only: In SGS Digicomply, individual Posts cannot be shared directly with specific users (e.g., via email or direct message). Posts are shared by assigning them to Channels. Any user subscribed to that Channel will see the post.
Permissions Requirement: To share a post to a Channel, you must hold the Publisher role for that specific channel. If you do not see the channel in the list, contact your Organization Manager to adjust your permissions.
Locate the Post
You can access the post you wish to share from two primary locations:
-
Option A
-
From My Space: Go to My Space > Posts.
-
Open the post details.

-
-
Option B
-
From Search/Feeds: Open a post directly from your search results or monitoring feeds.
-

Assign to Channels
- In the sidebar, scroll down to the section labeled "Channels".
-
Click the Share button.
-
A list of available channels will load. Check the boxes for the channels you want to share this post with (or uncheck to stop sharing).
-
Crucial: Click the Save button to apply the changes.

Other Ways to "Share"
If your goal is not to broadcast the post to a team, but rather to use it in a specific project, you should use the Add or Pin features instead of Channel sharing.
Navigate to the Share/Actions menu (often located under the "Share" button or the "Three Dots" menu in the post detail header):
-
-
Add to Insight: Saves the post into a specific collaborative workspace (Insight) for team analysis.
-
Pin to Dossier: Attaches the post to a regulatory dossier as a reference
