How to Share a Dossier
Collaborating with colleagues, insights, and teams.
NOTE: Sharing with a team is not a standard feature, to enable it, please contact our support team.
Accessing the Share Menu
There are two ways to initiate sharing:

From My Space: Navigate to My Space > Dossiers, find your dossier in the list, and click the Share button.

From Within the Dossier: Open the dossier you want to share and click the Share Arrow icon located in the top-right toolbar.

Sharing Options
When the dialog opens, you can choose your audience:
- Members - grant direct access to specific people within your organization.
- Reader = Users with this role can read the document, post comments, and view old versions, but they cannot make any changes.
- Editor = Users with this role can edit the dossier's properties and content, share it with others, assign tasks, and manage the dossier.

- Insights
If you want to distribute the dossier to a broader workspace rather than individual users, use the Insights tab. 👉This replaces the old Channel-sharing method.
By selecting an Insight, the dossier becomes available to any team member who has access to that specific collaborative workspace.

Restrictions:
- Drafts cannot be shared: Only Released dossiers can be shared.
- Private Organizations: Individual users in "Private organizations" are restricted from sharing dossiers.
