Changing Roles

You can modify a user's access level at any time (e.g., promoting a Reader to an Editor).

  1. Open the Share Menu: Navigate to the dossier and click the Share Icon (curved arrow) in the top-right toolbar.

  2. Modify Permissions:

    • The dialog will display a list of all current users and channels with access.

    • Locate the specific user you want to change.

    • Click the Reader or Editor button next to their name to toggle their role.

  3. Removing Access: To completely revoke access, click the Remove button on the far right of the user's row.

As you can see in the image above there are two users and one channel named "Main foods" and the switch button for roles is missing.

This is because the channel roles are handled differently. You can learn more about it in the article: How to set up content roles (for organization managers only)
