With the Winter '18 release we are empowering AI to provide a new data retrieval experience. Leveraging a completely new search interaction, supported by Deep Learning algorithm that identify facts from within more than 1 millions documents indexed to date, Digicomply is paving the future of intelligent compliance management systems. The database is growing with the addition of new countries such as Austria, Asean organization, Belgium, Colombia, Chile, Ecuador, Mexico, India, Nigeria, Netherlands and more. Moreover, our team of Experts is publishing contents such as the Food Regulatory Guides (FRG), an essential tool to get to know the each country specific food regulatory framework for importers, manufacturers and distributors.

What's new

  • Organization Feeds: User who have a team edition of Digicomply, can setup feeds that are meant to be used by all users within the organization. The Feature is extremely useful if you want to the whole team accessing the same contents and being alerted using the same criteria. Organization Admin can create and manage feeds that are visible to all users within the Organizaion. Read more here...
  • Filters for unread posts: There is now a new way to filter posts inside your feed, if you frequently access the page, you can now set your filter to show only the unread posts, giving you and easy access to the most relevant contents.
  • Improvements on Boolean operators: We have added minor improvements on boolean operators, these includes the capability to create very long boolean strings, useful for example when you have a list of substances that you want to monitor
  • Integration with Feedly: user can share articles to Digicomply from feedly.com by creating a custom share button.
  • Display matching Keywords in feeds: When a feed is created using specific keywords, the system now shows the matching keywords. For example, the feed may have as keywords criteria "Wine" OR "Alcoholic beverages" the matching posts display which of the keywords have been found in its text.

Bugs Fixed

  • Fixed an issue that prevented users to create a new feed when all feeds were deleted
  • Improved feed notifications alignment and readability
  • Fixed an issue that prevented to open the post from email notifications
  • Fixed an issue that prevented from properly filter sources that contains the "&" character

What's New

  • Similar Searches: When typing a search, the system shows you the latest similar searches performed by you and by other users in the Digicomply network.
  • Auto-Recognition of entities: When typing a keyword that the system recognise as filter criteria, i.e. a country, the system propose you to select the criteria or simply keep it as text.
    • Questions and Answers (Q&A) snippet [EXPERIMENTAL]: When typing certain questions, the new Digicomply neural network based algorithm search the entire database to spot facts that may provides an answer to the question entered in the search bar.     • New Filters behaviour: The right panel FILTERS, is now activated only after you have executed a query, allowing users to narrow down search results by applying multiple filters based on faceted classification of the items. Read more here...
  • Advanced Search: for advanced users, there is now a dedicated search screen where user can create searches based on the different meta data available in the system, the Advanced search panel also provides support for BOOLEAN operators, while the standard search does not.
  • Manage Dossier templates: User can now create Dossiers template and use it on creation of new dossiers. A template can contains pre-defined formatting, properties, and any other text that may help maintain a consistent layout and a faster creation when new dossier are added in Digicomply.
  • Analytics: there is a complete new menu called Explore: from here we are offering new capabilities for customisations with analytics data, regulatory guides and more to be published in the future.
  • Food Regulatory Guides (FRG): From the new Menu "explore" you can access the Food Regulatory Guides, a document aimed to offer an overview of the regulatory framework in a specific country or confederation (like Mercosur) .
