Why is the full text missing?

Certain mandatory standards, such as those issued by the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC), are protected by strict copyright laws and must be purchased from the issuing authority to be viewed.

• Default View: For these documents, SGS Digicomply automatically includes the Header and Abstract. This allows you to identify the regulation and determine if it is relevant to your needs.

Integrating the Full Text

If you or your organization has purchased a legal copy of the standard, you can integrate it directly into the platform to leverage our AI tools.

• How to Upload: Upload the purchased PDF file to your Private Workspace within Digicomply.

• System Processing: Once uploaded, the system treats it like any other regulatory post. It will automatically be:

  • Translated: Converted into English (if the original is in another language).

  • Indexed: Made fully searchable via keywords.

  • Enriched: Ready for use with AI Copilot and Dossiers.

While you can upload purchased documents to your private space, sharing these files across your organization requires a Team License. Please ensure you also comply with the copyright terms of the document provider regarding distribution.
