Which dossiers can I access with my current license?
An overview of content visibility for Advanced and Basic license holders.
In SGS Digicomply, your ability to access specific Dossiers depends on the license assigned to your user profile. This structure is designed to ensure that proprietary organizational data remains secure, while Advanced users can access broader regulatory intelligence.
The Advanced License
The Advanced license is designed for users who require broad access to regulatory data.

Scope of Access: You have unrestricted access to almost all Dossier types available on the platform. This includes public regulatory dossiers and shared organizational content.

The Exception: Currently, Advanced licenses do not grant access to Guides. Access to Guides may require a specific subscription add-on or administrator privileges.
The Basic License
The Basic license is focused on internal collaboration and data management.

Scope of Access: Your view is strictly limited to the private workspace of your company.

What you can see: You can only view dossiers that were created by your colleagues within your organization. You will not see external regulatory dossiers or content from the global Digicomply database.
Not sure which license you have? If you are unable to view a specific dossier that a colleague has shared, please check your profile settings or contact your workspace administrator to confirm your license level.
