Which dossiers can I access with my current license?
An overview of content visibility for Ultimate and Basic license holders.
In SGS Digicomply, your ability to access specific Dossiers depends on the license assigned to your user profile. This structure is designed to ensure that proprietary organizational data remains secure, while Ultimate users can access broader regulatory intelligence.
The Ultimate License
The Ultimate License gives you full access to dossiers within your workspace that are collected in the Insights you are subscribed to, or that are directly shared with you or your team.
In addition, you can access dossiers prepared by the SGS Digicomply team that are either shared with you or included in public Insights you are subscribed to.
The Basic License
With the Basic License, you can access dossiers within your workspace that are collected in the Insights you are subscribed to, or that are directly shared with you or your team.
Access to dossiers prepared by the SGS Digicomply team is limited. You can find and open these dossiers if they are shared with you or included in public Insights you are subscribed to, but only a limited portion of the dossier content will be visible.
Unsure About Your License?
If you are unable to view a specific dossier, you can check your license level in the top-left corner of the application, next to the application logo. Alternatively, contact your Workspace Manager to confirm your license level.
