How Often is Information Updated in Digicomply?

Digicomply actively monitors thousands of sources using proprietary technology. For most of the information in the system, data is updated on a 24-hour cycle.

Automated monitoring (Most sources)

Digicomply monitors thousands of sources worldwide, including government portals, industry publications, scientific journals, and NGO databases, using proprietary technology. The majority of information is automatically updated every 24 hours, ensuring you have access to the latest regulatory changes.

Access-restricted monitoring (Select sources)

Some publishers implement restrictions—such as subscription paywalls, API rate limits, authentication requirements, or technical infrastructure constraints—that limit how frequently we can retrieve content. For these sources, we update as frequently as technical and legal access parameters allow, while maintaining full compliance with each publisher's terms and respecting their system capacity.

Expert-led monitoring (Complex sources)

Certain sources publish updates through channels that require human expertise to interpret, such as irregular bulletins, regional gazettes, non-standardized formats, or embedded PDF announcements. Our network of local regulatory experts conducts targeted monitoring to capture changes that automated systems might miss.

This multi-layered approach ensures you receive regulatory updates as soon as they become available through compliant and sustainable channels.
