      Understanding Document Translation in SGS Digicomply

      How the platform translates global content into English.

      SGS Digicomply removes language barriers by offering built-in translation features. This allows you to monitor and understand regulatory requirements from markets around the world, even if you do not speak the local language.
       

      Translation Scope

      • Source Languages: The system is capable of translating documents from the vast majority of languages used globally.

      • Target Language: All translations are performed into English.

        Note: The translation feature is "one-way." The system does not support translating English documents into other languages (e.g., translating a US regulation into Spanish).

      Special Handling: Arabic Documents

      While the system handles most languages automatically, Arabic PDFs require specific technical processing to ensure accuracy.

      • Action Required: If you need to translate a PDF document from Arabic, please contact our Support Team directly. We will assist you with the necessary processing steps.
