What if I Can't Find an MRL?

How to request missing data or support directly from the Restricted Substances tool.

The Restricted Substances database is vast, but occasionally you may search for a specific limit that has not yet been indexed or is difficult to locate. In these cases, you can contact the SGS Digicomply Customer Success Team directly from the search results page.

How to Request Support

If your search yields no results or you believe data is missing:

  1. Scroll to the Feedback Banner: Look at the bottom of the search results list. You will see a banner asking, "Is some data missing or you would like to suggest a feature?"

  2. Click Contact Us: Click the Contact us link within that banner.

  3. Send Message: A dialogue box will appear allowing you to write a message describing what you were looking for.

Why use this method?

When you use this specific "Contact us" button, the system automatically attaches the filters you used (Market, Product, Substance) to your message. This gives our support team the exact context they need to investigate the issue and get back to you with the correct information.
