Quick introduction and reference guide to use Nutriwise (beta) version
NUTRIWISE is a newly developed add-on module within SGS DIGICOMPLY, that aims to address this challenge statement:
"When I begin to assess the requirements for my product in a new market, I need both the know-how and resources to get started; In a way that enables me to access information about specific types of products to see the major compliance areas and be guided in entering the market; So that I can gain a comprehensive understanding of all SGS customized services and how they fit into my business strategy. Then I can feel confident about using the tools, successfully sell my product, and expand into other markets.."
In essence, it allows to quickly assess the ingredient compliance in a given market. To date, it covers 5 markets, namely Belgium, France, Germany, Italy, United Kingdom. At later stage it will also provide support to validate your claims, labeling information and benchmark your product within the competitive landscape of similar products by ingredients and claims.
From within the tool, you can also request specific support for ad-hoc projects to get help on the submission of new ingredients or claims dossiers.
Access to the tool is currently restricted to qualified Beta users, if you are willing to join the Beta, you can request it here.
Due to the fact that we are still in the beta testing phase, we intend to manually validate all compliance assessments; therefore, please note that the report will be sent to you within 2-3 working days after submission.
Before starting using Nutriwise, it is mandatory to perform this 5 minutes tutorial accessible at this link, you'll be required to enter your email so that we can track who has completed the training.
We will be conducting interviews with Beta users so that your feedback can be integrated into the first release of Nutriwise, in the meantime, you can contact us for any questions via the chat or help button within the application or via the Customer Portal
