      Notifications about deadlines in comments

      In this article, you will learn how the notifications for deadlines in Dossiers and Labelwise comments work.

      A user can create a comment (task) with the assignee(s) and deadline.

      This is not related only to Labelwise, but also to Dossiers.

      The author of a task is notified about upcoming deadlines if the task is not done.

      Pending assignees are notified about upcoming deadlines.

      Notifications that can be sent:

      • You have {N} unfinished tasks past the due date - this notification is sent daily if there are tasks past due.
      • You have {N} unfinished tasks due this week - this notification is sent daily if there are some tasks in due this week.
