      Viewing Organization Sources

      How to audit and monitor the regulatory sources used by your team.

      SGS Digicomply gathers intelligence from hundreds of global sources in real-time. As an organization, you can view a consolidated list of every source currently being tracked within your specific workspace.

       

      Accessing Source Management

      To view your organization's source inventory:

      1. Navigate to the My Space tab in the top menu.

      2. Locate the right-hand sidebar menu.

      3. Select My Organisation to expand the options.

      4. Click on Source management.

      Understanding Source Attributes

      The Source Management table provides detailed metadata for every tracked source. You can analyze the following attributes:

      • Identity:

        • Source Name: The official name of the regulatory body or website.

        • Main Web Domain: The root URL where the data is collected.

      • Status:

        • Active Status: Whether the source is currently being crawled.

        • Last Collected Time: The timestamp of the most recent data fetch.

        • Number of Posts: The total volume of documents collected from this source.

      • Compliance & Usage:

        • Default Copyright Status: Indicates usage rights for the content.

        • Default Licensing Status: Shows if special licensing applies.
