How to Manage Channel Bulletins

Configuring automated email reports and newsletters for your organization's channels.

Bulletins are automated email newsletters sent to all subscribers of a specific Channel. They provide a summary of the latest content added to that channel.

 

  • To perform this task you need to have  PRO or ULTIMATE licensed user and have an organization manager role.
  • Keep in mind that configuration of the Channel Bulletin is not affected by the individual user's settings on system notifications (that you can find in your profile configuration) - it means the bulletin is sent to all subscribers even if they have their system notifications turned off.

Accessing Channel Management

  1. Navigate to the My Space tab in the top menu.

  2. Select My Organisation from the left-hand sidebar.

  3. Click on Channels. A list of your organization's channels will appear.

Opening Bulletin Settings

  1. Locate the specific channel card you wish to configure.

  2. Click the "More actions" (three dots ...) icon in the upper-right corner of the channel field.

  3. Select Edit bulletin from the dropdown menu.

Configuring the Schedule & Template

The configuration dialog offers several controls:

  • Enable / Disable: Use the toggle switch in the top-right corner of the dialog to turn the bulletin On or Off.

  • Scheduler: Choose between Manual or Automatic sending.
Manual Options: You can "Save" (for later), "Save and Send now" (immediate blast), or "Send to a specific user" (for testing purposes).
  • Template: Select one of the predefined layout templates for your report.
