This article describes how to monitor food fraud records
1. Creating a feed from Incidents
Begins at the 'Incidents' dedicated module. From here the user can search for specific ingredients, products, or product categories.
Once the query has been performed, the user now has the ability to navigate through the various charts to filter. One chart, 'Incident Categories' includes the type 'Fraud'. Select it and the search query will be automatically updated.
To create the feed, the user has to save the query, providing the feed name and notification preference. Your food fraud monitoring is now enabled!
2. Creating a feed from the Search tool
In the general Search tool filter in "All posts" by topic "alerts and recalls" and hazard "food fraud",
From here the user can search for specific ingredients, products, or product categories.
Once the query is performed, saved, and create the feed, provide a name and the notification schedule preferences.
Both ways need to specify the order by date or by relevancy.
To monitor the records just go to the "Feed menu" click on the feed created and get the updated news. Can modify, remove or share with your peers.
The outcome can be exported to get a downloadable excel file, for ultimate license users only.
