In this article, we explain step by step and with the utmost detail the New updates and changes to the NEW LABEL AND MARKET STATUS flow within LABELWISE, from the Manager/Coordinator perspective.
In this document, we will showcase how to proceed as a manager/coordinator with the new changes to Label and Market Status within Lalbelwise.
The starting point for this one is right after the reviewer has already finalized the Review of the Label, has already set the Market status (in this example for the Portuguese Market) for Proofreading, and has also marked the task assigned as DONE.
As you can see the way the review and the progress of the review works are different. But first things first, in the top bar we have 2 main things:
- is the Label status, which now only has 2 statuses, "Draft" Status and "Done" Status. The Draf status is set by default from the beginning of the Label and it will stay until the Owner of the Label (in this case a member from the coordinating team), changes from draft to Don, and that will only happen when all the Review work is completed.
- We have a new button "Start Review", so now for anyone to actually start reviewing the Label, the first thing to do is to click the button "start review" by doing that the system will ask for which market do you want to do the review for, from that point you select the correct market for your review work and start reviewing.
So first things first, as we can see here we have Portugal set as a "Proofreading" State, meaning if your team does proofreading previous to the "Plausibility check", now is the time to do it.
Let's then click on "start the review" to Proofread for the Portuguese market.
By doing that the system automatically asks us which market, and as mentioned before let's select Portugal for the sake of this guide.
All right, now we are in "Review Mode":
And we have the option to change the Market status for when we finalize the Proofreading and/or if your team only goes through Plausibility check then it's to change the status to done after finalizing the Plausibility check.
So right now we have to options to navigate through the feedback that the Reviewer has provided, either we utilize the "Eye Icon" and the "A Icon" in the elements to navigate through the feedback element by element, or we can simply just go to the "Validation Feedback" Option in the right-side menu.
In this case we only have got 1 feedback provide for the sake of this demo, so let's go for the second way and click in the "Validation Feedback" Option in the right-side menu.
As we can see the feedback has indeed been provided by the reviewer, so now it's our part to Proofread and/or do the Plausibility check.
Let's say that everything is correct, then we have to go back to the previous screen which is the "Validation Progress" Option on the right-side menu so we can then change the Status of the Market to "Done".
Here it is, so let's change the Status Market to Done, by doing this means that we have confirmed that everything is correct with the Portugues Market Review and that the review work for that market is indeed finalized.
So let's change the State.
And here it is! Now it's time for the Final Part which is create/generate the Dossier/ Report, do the necessary changes to send to the client.
Let's go to the Report section of the menu.
Now we go to the button on the right top side, "Create Report".
By doing so the System will provide us with a dialog where we have some customization options available, but in this case, we are doing it for the Portuguese market, so let's set the Portuguese market template and click create.
In case we want both markets report (in this demo is Portugal an Czech Republic) we just need to exit the "Review mode" and then go to reports and create report, that way we can have the general report for both markets.
Once we generated the Report and Finalized the work, all we need to do before moving on, is to set the Label Status to "Done", that way we have a 100% confirmation that the review of this Label is finalized.
By doing so the System will automatically ask us if are sure we want to continue, if so the system will automatically close all pending tasks and also set all the Market status to done, if they aren't already.
Double-check if you do want to confirm and that everything is indeed finalized so you don't have to re-open the Label and change back to Draft.
Once we've confirmed that everything is set to go, just click YES, PROCEED.
And here we have. All the Market states are set to Done, and the work is closed for this one.
Also, we can see that all tasks have been marked as done or closed by the system.
And finally, the Label Status is now also set to "DONE", meaning this order is closed and everything is finalized.
