This article explains how to create a bulletin—a newsletter for sharing Insight’s content with subscribers.
This feature is available only to users who have editor rights on the specific Insights.
When you open an Insight from the Insights management page, on the top right corner there is a "more" menu (three dots) with the Edit bulletin option:

When you click Edit bulletin option a configuration dialog is opened:

At the top right corner, you can enable/disable the bulletin.
Scheduler configuration
In the Scheduler tab, you can choose to send the bulletin manually (only when needed) or automatically at a specified interval (daily, weekly, or monthly).
Template configuration
The Template tab allows you to select one of the two templates and configure the layout (you can define a title of the bulletin, custom image, footer, website, number of items in the email, etc.).
You can also find there a basic preview of the email that will be send.
Save the configuration and send the bulletin
- Save - you can save your configuration by clicking the Save button and close the dialog. In case you selected Automatic sending, once the period is met the bulletin will be send.
- Save and Send now - saves the changes and sends the bulletin immediately*.
- Save and Send now → Send to specific user - is just for a testing purposes, where you can define an email and send the bulletin to check what it contains
You may not receive a bulletin during the specified period or when sending it manually. This usually happens if no new content has been added to the Insight since the last bulletin was sent.
