License Management for Organisation Manager

This article explains how to assign a license to each user inside the organisation

To Manage user settings within your organisation (change the license type, remove the user from the organisation, or make him/her an organisation manager), your account needs to be set to an "Organisation Manager" account.

EDIT USER within ORGANISATION:

From My Space -> My Organisation - > My Organisation Member  you can select the user you need to manage by clicking on its name as in the image below

The dialogue to manage member settings is opened and allows you to select a specific license from the ones you purchased for your organisation. If you have used all available seats, please follow the link to get in touch with us in the same form.  

Clicking on the member name whose details you want to edit:

  • You can make him/her an organisation manager
  • You can change the type of the licence
  • You can remove him/her from your organisation

ADD NEW USER to the ORGANISATION:

The following requirements apply for adding a new/current user to the organization: 

  • The company must have obtained a Team edition license (contact Support to learn more ) 
  • The user must be assigned the role of Organisation Manager (contact support if you don't have the right to do so ) 

.Go to My Space - > My Organisation -> My organisation Members , click on add member

Enter the email address of the user to add, fill the form with the email address of the user to invite, check the box if the user should be granted the Organisation manager role, the license type, an optional message and then click send.

The number next to each license type indicates the used licenses versus the available ones, if you see zero, it means additional licences must be obtained. 

DOWNGRADE/DEACTIVATE THE USER in YOUR ORGANISATION

If you are an organisational manager, you can DOWNGRADE YOUR members to the BASIC license type (to VIEWER mode).

To deactivate a user, please note that this can only be done through our Customer Support team.
