Assigning Licenses to Users
This article explains how to assign licenses to users within your organization.
To manage user settings—such as changing license types, removing a user, or assigning the role of Organization Manager—your account must have Organization Manager privileges.
EDIT USER within ORGANISATION:
From My Space -> My Organisation - > My Organisation Member - you can select the user you need to manage by clicking on its name as in the image below.

Once the 'My organisation members' dialog is open, you can assign a specific license from those purchased for your organization. If all available seats have been used, please follow the link in the dialog to contact us.
By clicking on the name of the member whose details you want to edit, you can:
- Assign them as an Organization Manager.
- Change their license type.
- Remove them from your organization.

ADD a New User to the Organization
The following requirements must be met before adding a new or existing user to your organization:
- Your company must have a Team Edition license. (Contact Support to learn more.)
- You must have the Organization Manager role. (Contact Support if you do not have the required permissions.)

To add a new member:
- Go to My Space → My Organization → My Organization Members.
- Click 'Add Member'.

Enter the email address of the user you wish to add. Complete the form by providing the user’s email address, selecting the appropriate license type, and—if applicable—checking the box to grant the Organization Manager role. You may also include an optional message.

When all details are filled in, click 'Send' to complete the invitation.

The number next to each license type indicates the used licenses versus the available ones, if you see zero, it means additional licences must be obtained.
Downgrade or Deactivate a User in Your Organization
- If you are an Organization Manager, you can downgrade members to the Basic license type (Viewer mode).
- To deactivate a user, please note that this action can only be performed by our Customer Support team.
