This article describes how to manage label status.

Label status is displayed in the header. This status is important because different status allows different things you can do with the label. When you create a new label, the label status is automatically set to “Review Preparation”. Only the Label owner can change the label status.

Label statuses

As mentioned above, different status allows different things you can do with the label. What you can do in which step is displayed in the table below.

For example, if you try to add validation feedback when the label is in the status “Review Preparation”, you will see a warning like shown in the picture below.
