How to filter Validation Feedbacks

This article describes how to Filter Validation Feedback(s) within a label in SGS Digicomply Labelwise.

(Info) By filtering the Validation Feedback(s) you are able to easily search for any specific information that a team member might’ve previously reviewed and provided. And there are several ways that you can filter all the Validation Feedback(s).

:blue_book: Instructions

  1. You can filter by Reviewer. That means you can filter all the Validation Feedback(s) by the person who has reviewed and/or provided certain Validation Feedback.
  2. You can filter by Status. That means you can filter all the Validation Feedback(s) by the status of each one, meaning if it’s Resolve, or Unresolved, or even the option “All”, where you’ll be able to see all the Validation Feedback(s) already provided until that point.
  3. You can filter by Markets*. That means you can filter all the Validation Feedback(s) by Market/Flag that has been “inserted” in the Validation Feedback provided either by you or any colleague.

*Markets, are the “emojis” for all the country flags.
