1) Make sure your document is Co-Pilot ready.
At this point, the Co-Pilot is still in Beta and all documents might not yet be pre-processed for the integration. See table below to see what your options are:

2) Try out the queries and information extraction
A. AI-Generated Post Summaries
Whenever you open a post, you'll immediately notice a concise summary at the top, generated by our state-of-the-art AI system. Here's how it works:

- Quick Overview: Get a quick snapshot of the post's content without reading the entire piece.
- Decide Faster: Helps you decide whether to delve deeper into the post or move on to another topic.
Remember, while the AI does its best to capture the essence of the post, it's always a good idea to read the entire post if it's of importance to you.
B. AI-Assisted Information Retrieval
Have a question while or after reading the post? You can ask questions related to the content and our AI Copilot will provide answers based on the post.
How to Use:
- Scroll to the top of the post and find button "Question answering".
- Type in your question related to the post's content.
- Submit your question, and our AI Copilot will respond with an answer as quickly as possible.
Tips for Asking Questions:
- Be specific in your queries to get the most accurate answers.
- Make sure your question is related to the post's content to ensure relevant answers.

3) Share with your team
As part of regulatory change management process, sharing of the summary or extracted information is as easy as clicking on the copy text button:
This will put a reference to the answer or a summary into your clipboard. There is nothing easier than just pasting this into our Collaborative Dossiers and involving your community.
If you paste your clipboard into email or your own communication channel, you'll get the entire text as well as link to the original document.
