Create Local VS Public Comments
👀 Comment Visibility
As part of comment creation, you can do the following:
Local (Private) comment
Local (Private) comments are only visible to users from the same organization. These comments can be used to handle communication that should not be seen by readers (clients) from other organizations.
Public comment
Public comments are visible to all users that have access to the document. If the dossier is shared with another organization (clients organization) these comments will be visible to all users.
If you need to remove access to reading private comments from some contractors, you need to terminate their access to the entire document.
