How to use the regulation filter?

The regulation catalogue now groups both regulations and guidance, providing you with a comprehensive overview of all aspects related to the legislative dimension of your search at a glance.

To allow you to refine your search to the exact information you seek, the new UI enables you to directly choose from four groups of posts:

• In Force - that collects all the regulations that are currently identified as in force at any given time,
• Not In Force - old regulations that have changed or have been replaced and are no longer applicable at the time of the search,
• Upcoming - new regulations that have already been approved, but are not yet being enforced by the competent authorities,
• Guidance - supporting documentation that provides details on the implementation of the law.

By choosing each option, you can navigate within the respective area and effortlessly identify the content of interest.
