      There are 4 types of posts in DIGICOMPLY, when creating a new post, you can select the most appropriate one, please note that the system suggest a type based on an automated detection alghoritm.

      News

      Any other type of information (i.e. not Regulation nor Guidance) published in medias different from social medias, scientific journals. Includes Alerts and recalls.

      Guidance

      Containing explanatory notes to requirements; published by authorities, industry associations, international organisations, internal policies; not legally binding but "useful to know" to achieve compliance.

      Regulation

      Containing mandatory legal requirements; published by official authority.

      Scientific

      Peer-reviewed scientific articles; describing the matter in a scientific way. Can have an impact on the legislation (e.g. EFSA scientific publications and opinions).
