How to deal with password reset procedure

When clicking on password reset, if the account exists, an email with link to reset password is sent to your inbox. if you do not receive it, there might be possible causes:

  • the email your are using to login is not registered in the system, in this case for security reason you don't get any message
  • the email was send but your email system blocked or moved in the spam folder
